Khelley Adams was the little girl at the supermarket picking up every free real estate magazine she could get her hands on and sketching floor plans on graph paper with her mother. In fact, when her parents bought a house, she negotiated with their realtor that the hanging pot rack in the kitchen stay at just 8 years old. Although raised in rural Ohio farm country, her only 4-H project was redesigning her childhood bedroom. She fell in love with waterfront properties spending summers on the lake shores in NE Indiana. That led her to her becoming an administrative assistant for the area's top producer at the time, Patti Couperthwaite.
Finding a real passion for the world she had submerged herself in, she accomplished her goal of getting her real estate license just a few months after she turned 19. Selling real estate and working towards a bachelor's degree in Business Administration instilled valuable business principles and developed a one of a kind work ethic at a young age. Khelley prides herself on being able to be involved during every part of the transaction from beginning to end. Coming back to sell real estate full time in 2017, Khelley joined Patti’s team again & assumed her role as a forward thinking, passionate and experienced broker.
