Ursula Bell was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2000.  She proved to be a leading expert in her field immediately by obtaining membership in "The Million Dollar Club" for selling over 1 million dollars in real estate in just five short months. Ursula has experience in selling Timeshare, New Home Construction, Resales, Bank-owned (REO’s), and Million Dollar Homes. She specializes in helping her buyer customers obtain  down payment assistance through the various "Down Payment Assistance Programs" provided by the state, county, or city. She also received “The Silver Dollar Award” from The National Association of Home Builders for selling over $2.1 Million in new home sales in one year.
